Objective : The purpose of this study is to report clinical change of five cases of Lumbar intervertebral disk Hermination after treatment with Sipjo-tang(Shizao-tang)

Method : We medicated the Sipjo-tang(Shizao-tang) to 5 cases of Lumbar Herniated Lumbar Intervertebral Disc patients for 3~6 month in 2010.

Results & Conclustions : According to these 5 cases, even when a patient is in a surgical situation, 30~50% of the patients showed improvement when Sipjo-tang(Shizao-tang) had effects on the case in the early 2 weeks. Also if the prescription were to go on and continue, serious cases showed full cure in 6months when in mild cases it took 3 months.
