Objective : This study aims to explain the effect of Soshiho-tang on an nausea which a Taeyangbyeong patient has.

Methods : This is a case report on a male patient who has been suffering from nausea which is accompained by anger. According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, Soshiho-tang was provided for four weeks.

Results : After a series of Soshiho-tang treatments, the patient’s symptoms and result improved.

Conclusions : This case study showed an effectiveness of using Soshiho-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on nausea.
