Abstract

Objective : We treated this drug eruption case with HwangRyeon-AGyo-Tang, Gam-Ryeon-SeokGo-Tang, and HwangRyeon-Bun continuously. Due to consideration of this case as ‘Beon(煩)’, we report the effective results.

Method : After two months of treatment with HwangRyeon-AGyo-Tang, Gam-Ryeon-SeokGo-Tang, and HwangRyeon-Bun, we observed significant changes and analyzed the results.

Results & Conclusion :

According to this case, a patient suffering from drug eruption can be diagnosed as ‘Beon(煩)’.

HwangRyeon-AGyo-Tang, Gam-Ryeon-SeokGo-Tang, and HwangRyeon-Bun including HwangRyeon in common are used for treating ‘Beon(煩)’.

And we can also conclude that the less herbs are composed of Tang(湯), the larger effects can be carried out. But we need to further study this relationship between ‘Beon(煩)’ and inflammation.
